Welcome to the Family

Posted on Updated on

This whole month of June has been an exciting time for CFC Family ministry in Jacksonville. With the help of our spiritual director, Father Rafael, the Christian Life Program (CLP) that recently concluded was a tremendous success!

One of the highlights of this CLP was the simultaneous pray over session which was held during the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on the Feast of St. John Baptist.  What a powerful, spirit-filled evening that was.

To all the new members, welcome to the family! As the song goes, we’re glad that you have come to share your life with us. May we always be to you as God would have us be a family always there to be strong and to lean on.

And to all the service team members under the leadership of kuya Raul and ate Jaye, may God richly bless you and your whole family.

On behalf of SFCJax, we welcome the newest addition to the CFC-SFC family, Mindy, Roda, Karen, Sarah, Matt, Chris, & Shaun who got dedicated from the recently concluded CLP at Sunny Acres.  God is constantly blessing this ministry with so many wonderful brothers and sisters.  We’re looking forward to serving God and our neighbors and growing in faith together with you in this journey that we all have chosen. Much props to our transitioners who followed through the Crossover program!  You guys are great examples to our CFC-Youth.

Thanks to our CLP team leaders and all the service team members for a job well done.  To God be the glory!

Joe and Sharon giving talks 3 and 4 respectively

The Christian Life Program hosted by Singles for Christ Jacksonville continues with awesome talks, prayer, music, food and fellowship.  Session 2 went really well covering “What it Means to be a Christian” and “Repentance and Faith”.  Kudos to our team leaders, speakers, music min, DGLs and everyone in the service team.  We are thankful to all of you for your all-out support for our CLP participants.  Continue to pray for them and keep inviting your friends for Session 3 next Thursday,  May 8.  To God be the glory!
